The value can be changed at any time through advanced settings. It will reencrypt the vault with the new value and master password when it's changed. I've basicly randomised it every time I change my master password

I have mine set to a custom value. So if the value was not leaked it's going to make it almost impossible to crack the vsult. It's a much higher then default and random.
