@morganastra I guess my point was that putting blame on bitcoin enthusiasts for not putting trust in currencies run by governments active in world politics right now is the wrong conclusion based on the right observations.
@morganastra I think you might need to carefully consider what the world means in this context. Destabilizing existing governments is a good example of something that might be considered bad for the world... At least in the short term?
@y Personally I don't mind a slower pace at all. I don't want to stare at my feed all the time, so messages could be delayed for hours and I probably wouldn't care too much.
@trotsky To be fair, I keep around a bunch of awful programming books for no reason, including "Flash Game Programming For Dummies" that does everything with Actionscript 2. Their suggestion for a camera system is moving everything in the world around except the player, locked to the middle of the screen
