This petition wants contributing to Free Software to be legally and officially recognized as volunteering in Germany on the same level as youth work or ambulance service:

@lehtimaeki @tml my local station includes the route from the city to the airport and south east Brandenburg / Poland, it's only had a level crossing for as long as I can remember, they only recently finished the passenger tunnel

@lehtimaeki @tml including an extra track would be more cost than benefit, probably resulting in even more delays.

If only there were some feat of civil engineering that would allow for the redirection of traffic above or under a priority rail route 🤔

We’re keeping our drinking water safe. 💧

From today, EU countries must monitor PFAS levels in drinking water. PFAS are long-lasting chemicals that can be harmful, if levels are too high.

If that happens authorities must act and inform people until the water is safe again.

Because everyone deserves access to safe drinking water.
