So pleased to see they managed to catch some peoples cardiovascular issues early! 4.8% of the people tested found to have issues.
I went to this and was clear but well worth getting checked. Highly recommend getting done, you never know.

Also a big shout out to this raised crossing that forces cars to come up to the pedestrian area rather than down to a car level!
Not only does this help prioritise pedestrians at a fairly busy junction, it also provides much needed accessibility to those with disabilities. The pavement on the pub side of the junction was not very accessible by any means.
So pleased to see my local town of Peel in the Isle of Man reclaiming some of the quay side for pedestrians. The pavements have been extremely narrow for as long as I can remember and force people to walk on the road around curbside parked cars. This will make Peel so much more welcoming to pedestrians!
I'm quite surprised as to just how much they are extending it by but completely makes sense for the number of people that use them!
Used the new mountain bike panniers today for the first time properly. Think this is a game changer for cycling to work. No sweaty backpacks!
Just need the warmer weather now...
