Anybody want a bunch of Sam's Photofacts? From a random sampling, looks like TVs from the 60's through the 80's.
I found this in a closet while packing stuff up. My wife won't let me hang it because, according to her, we're moving so it doesn't make sense to hang stuff on the walls now. Then she put it in the pile of stuff going to Goodwill.
Going through stuff to pack up and came across this picture of me. I'm not sure when this was, there's nothing written on the back, but I'm guessing high school or shortly after. I don't remember ever seeing this picture before.
Picked this up at Goodwill today. It's a neat little book full of all kinds of good information I'll rarely, if ever, use. But I like it so I bought it.
Do you use a lead shaper, or do you just eyeball it?
This is after about 40 minutes outside. Looks like I'm going to have to calibrate that outdoor sensor. The temp is within acceptable limits for me.
Hmm. The outdoor sensors and indoor sensors are in the same room about five feet apart from each other. Why the discrepancy in humidity? They should be nearly the same, like the temperature. According to another nearby weather station in my neighborhood, the humidity is about 27%. I'm going to take these outside and see what they say.
Found this in a box of junk. I'm not sure if it's a fuse or some kind of lamp. It was in a fuse holder, though. The markings on it are less than helpful. There is continuity across it.
I forgot I even had this until I found it a few minutes ago. It has all ten 5 1/4 floppies and, for some reason, two sets of all five 3 1/2 disks.
Someone gave me a wireless Davis weather station today. The sensors are out on my back patio right now just sitting on the ground recording rain, temp, humidity, and pressure. The anemometer isn't hooked up because there isn't a convenient place without climbing a ladder, and I'm moving soon anyway so I would just have to take it down again. It even includes the data logger option, so I can capture data directly to my computer.

The humidity is reading high because I washed it down earlier. It was pretty filthy.
