@tkuenneth @Fairphone I don't think he dismisses the point of fare wages and production. Yet, I feel that having a mediocre performance will put people away. If you can get a similar level of performance from a dated device, I see how this is more environmentally friendly than producing brand new yet questionable hardware.
@tkuenneth @Fairphone how do you personally feel about Fairphone from user standpoint? After checking recent LTT review, I feel a little puzzled about their strategy and performance. And, to be honest, with Pixel 8 update policy changes and spares available on iFixit, I'm not sure if Fairphone is such a good deal anymore.
