Opinionated and sarcastic, but I have a cute dog, so people tend to tolerate me. I also laugh when the rich get eaten, so do us both a favor and preemptively block or mute me instead of getting preachy and self-righteous if it bothers you.

We could absolutely be doing BOTH. There's no reason we couldn't help everyone AND do cool scientific exploration.
