As the #BharatJodo yatra goes on, I have been thinking about the current Congress party's efforts to position itself as an opponent to the political right, the BJP. Which means, it's time to relook at the Congress party's social and political legacy. This 2021 article by Pratinav Anil provides an excellent insight into the pretences of the party with regards to socialism, left politics, people's movements and many such slants, Nehru onwards.
