Tom WalkerChanging Twitter's name and logo gives up, at a stroke, all the awareness from those share/follow buttons that litter the web, and even print media and TV. They will all need to be changed, but most likely half of them will just be dropped instead and the other half will linger with the bird logo like the Google+ icons you still see around occasionally
@AndyOdom7 we had a great visit a few weeks ago, but we were literally trying to call her that night to show her the cake my youngest baked. No expectations that she’s be gone already/shortly

I’ve resisted posting this, as if I live in some bizzaro world where not posting means it didn’t happen. My mother passed earlier this week. I’m back in Orlando and it’s all too real now. Not 6 weeks ago we had an amazing visit with her. It’s my consolation right now.
