If we had written unit tests the agents would just be refactoring/modernizing our code no problem.
From an algorithms perspective, I bet gerrymander optimization is a fascinating problem.
24G VRAM is the new 2-pizza team?

There were so many "smart" CTOs leading the charge to the cloud. It always sounded dumb. It always sounded like they were getting swindled. It makes complete sense that many orgs are now regretting the investment, taking the loss, and moving back on prem. It was silly. It was obvious. It was stupid.

Let's talk about AI hype...

How is it that Uber can send a vibrating notification when your Android settings are on silent? Lol
Been super interested to learn about Mastodon node funding models. It can't be cheap to host a busy node... I'm thankful for the node providers out there. Any studies or articles that talk about how successful node operators fund the cost of hosting and maintenance?

It's kinda funny that the Istio community (at least in documentation) calls this "cert-manager integration". 😂

https://istio.io/latest/docs/ops/integrations/certmanager/

It's nice we can consume certificate data from a k8s secret for a given ingress gateway. But... Integration? 🤔

Perhaps being from Orlando skews my perspective, but Bad Bunny's endorsement of Kamala feels huge. Vamanos, Florida!
I am learning about LLM "cloud services", and it's so brilliant. Rather than letting you sit with the uncomfortable reality that your fancy "AI dev team" is just calling someone else's LLM-as-a-service, cloud providers call someone else's LLM-as-a-service for you. This extra layer of indirection prevents executives from having to feel a twinge of shame when they propagate the completely fabricated notion that the average enterprise is participating in AI "innovation".
