I saw someone wearing a Pink Floyd shirt while walking on Division Street. So the next time I see that I’m gonna go “ding dong, ding dong ding.” When they stop and look at me and say “what the hell, man?” I’ll say, “Division Bell, heard of it?” And when they groan loudly, I’ll know; they hated that album, too.

Has anyone heard of any GRS surgeons doing vaginoplasty on patients with a BMI over 40? I’m talking someone who is specifically specialized in doing the procedure for fat women. My therapist believes this should be possible, but I’ve never heard of anyone that does it.
