Just sharing some of my recent cycling images for you. The rides were even better than the pictures would lead you to believe.

If you're sometimes full in your head, I highly recommend* finding an endurance sport to clean out the cobwebs in your mind. Also; make it an outdoor sports. The smell of a forest in summer - especially after rains - is simply heaven.

Mijn schoonouders hebben in de kerk van hun predikant te horen gekregen dat Extinction Rebellion de steun van de kerkgemeente verdient. Ik hoor het van meer mensen met christelijke levensovertuiging.

Het is gezagsgetrouw volk, dus dat dit daar nu doordringt had ik niet verwacht. Het zou kunnen helpen dat XR geweldloos is, maar dan nog.

Er is wat aan het kantelen.

Als ik die dappere demonstranten in voormalige Russische koloniën zie zwaaien met EU-vlaggen, dan gêneer ik me over hoe laatdunkend we hier in Nederland zijn over Europa.

Met al die anti-EU lui in het parlement, met ons getraineer in Brussel, met hoe we EU richtlijnen aan onze laars lappen maar wel janken dat andere lidstaten niet hard genoeg bezuinigen.

Met al die mensen die hun hoop op Europa vestigen, zijn wij moreel verplicht om het waar te maken.
