This afternoon a ton of crows perched in a tree in our yard yelling as crows do, then they all swooped down and started foraging through the grass and fallen leaves.

Truly a magical autumn moment (during which we prudently didn’t go out, having forgotten to have any peanuts in the house).

About 2.5 years ago I baked my first sourdough loaf. Today I baked four (2 loaves in a batch) and they all came out pretty great! Im so proud 😃
