Depression often follows a serious health event like heart attack, stroke or cancer but it can strike anyone at any time. It is brave of my Senator John Fetterman for getting help when he needed it, as it would be for anyone else who did. He is a role model for people who need help but are afraid of what others think.
I am sure it was difficult for him to go public with his diagnosis. These health issues very much affect their families, too. I wish him success in getting treatment. ❤️
