I hope the executive of this country develops a strong institutional memory, so that the future governments of this country factor in the actions of each & every country, when they deal with them. We should continue our efforts to develop a turbo fan engine on our Own, while we should co-develop one Turbo fan engine with SAFRAN & Rolls Royce. Yes it will cost us a lot of money & maybe we will have an engine in the next 7-10 years. Then we will be able to produce our own fighters. A lot of time & money has been wasted, but this happens when we don't have the knowledge how for every item that goes into making a fighter jet. This is a hard lesson. But we have to live with it.
