some personal news: successfully unloaded the dishwasher this morning. AND put the towels in the washing machine

1. years. hell yeah, real and consistent
2. days. p good, the day/night balance is off sometimes but pobody's nerfect
3. fortnights. fun, quirky, stays the same. regional but sort of related to the moon, which i respect
4. weeks. half assed fortnights, sorts the days in a bad way. not great tbh
5. hours. fake little chunks of day that get repeated for some reason? hmm
6. minutes & seconds: no respect, they're just following hours example and not even original about it
7. months. the weakest link. inconsistent, badly numbered, dont even play well with the other units. can fuck right off
