Why do people feel the need to pre-pend generative to AI when it is not a generative use case? All you are doing is signalling to people in the know that you are not.

A member of my team asked for recommendations on Software Engineering Management books. I'm never been too much of a book reader for this particularly topics, but off the top of my head I recommended Mythic Man Month, Rework and ExtremeProgramming Explained. What other books should I be reading/recommending?
