used Claude to write a simple python script that will format my notes for the EMR, which itself uses Ollama and mistral run locally on my Macbook pro. Thanks to the apple M4 chip this can all be done locally....

@pluralistic When will OpenEvidence become enshittified? IMO, the consequences are considerably more far reaching than any other platform - this is a free product for doctors and has no FDA regulatory framework to hold it back...
