The problem is this: We are currently in an information disruption.

The way people are getting their information is creating misinformation-rage cycles.

It seems to me that these cycles will not end until we work our way out of this disruption.

The last major information disruption was the printing press and it caused havoc.

The firehose of rage is the result of two things: how people get their information and the complexity of our legal system.

This is noteworthy because .US is overseen by the U.S. government, which is frequently the target of phishing domains ending in .US. Also, .US domains are only supposed to be available to U.S. citizens and to those who can demonstrate that they have a physical presence in the United States.

My account on Twitter is suspended because music (in videos) isn’t allowed there.

Instagram and TikTok for example pay the music industry to let their users post videos with music, but Twitter refuses to do this.

This case is a lot bigger than only my suspension. I have nothing more to say about it for now..
