Just got a cold sales email from a clanker as a service. I don't understand how this isn't just spam generation that costs more $ for many of these subscribers.

Several times a day my work laptop just decides to stop network traffic or some random app decides to hang.

This is a M3 Max MacBook Pro.

If I could put a clean image of macOS on it, it would be a BEAST. But as it is, it periodically is brought to its knee by the corporate management and spyware software.

Have Y'all seen these stories about the Scots drinking pubs and taverns dry in Boston? Bars are scrambling to try to find more beer for the fans in town for the World Cup. I have never seen anything like it.

One bar sold 5,000 beers in a single night. People had tried to warn them. There's no amount that would have been enough.
