wtf is this shit?

yeah i get it, you want a linkedin profile for a techbro with all the personal data, because obviously that's the only kind of people that exists, nobody could ever want to, dunno, not publicly reveal their home address or phone number

also ofc trans people don't exist and so everyone will have matching name on their website. That's totally how it works GTK has deprecated GtkShortcutLabel
so I reimplemented the subset I'm using in tree. No visible changes, but yeah, still a change. At least it's cleaner now.
Meanwhile I switched blastem to build with the new core on all architectures for now. This does mean the old savestates aren't compatible anymore, but instead they are compatible between x86_64 and aarch64 - which is IMO more important.
A few games that didn't work correctly before (at least DecapAttack but there may be more) should work now, and there may be bugs that there weren't before.
One bug that I thought would be fixed is failing to restore savestate occasionally (nothing fatal, trying to restore it again from the snapshot list works), but it still happens sometimes.
tho i also have boobs and unlike in the last photos they are actually visible :3
hehe i have thighs
this skirt is too short tho

wait i look like a girl :3
Question. How does fedi call these 4 gamepad buttons? Obviously every gamepad will have them labelled, but I'm wondering specifically about generic names. Like if you don't know what gamepad someone has and need to mention a specific button, how would you call it?
I currently call them north/south/west/east internally, but I don't think those names are super common otherwise.
Obviously I have more specific gamepads for xbox/nintendo/sony labels, but there will always be weird gamepads that don't match anything, and I'm making a generic type (look at the bottom right corner of the image), but I'm not sure how to actually call these buttons.

Edit: Please do not reply with "Just label them" or "Just call them ABXY" etc. I have those types. That's not what I'm asking about. Some work on gamepad support the past 2 days. One: I got a request for Stadia Controller type, so I added one.
Second, I split 8BitDo type into SN30Pro and Pro 2. I'm not gonna support every model separately, tho will add ones that are sufficiently different, like M30 (Mega Drive look-alike).
The big difference here is:
- Pro 2 has P1/P2 buttons
- SN30 Pro has digital L2/R2 buttons and not triggers
(I also redrew shoulders/triggers for both of them)
Speaking of triggers, gamepad types can now define if their triggers are analog or digital. If digital, they are treated same as buttons - analog triggers in UI look really wonky when the actual gamepad has buttons there.
Also some refactoring to make adding types easier.
Next I should add a generic gamepad type, using icons without labels in the UI - I will never be able to provide a type for every gamepad, so it would be nice to have a fallback.
ooh right, and i happen to have an old photo from that same place (tho different angle), so i can make a lazy timeline reusing existing images that i already posted and now found by searching for "park" in the sharkey drive :3
the first photo was from march 25, 2023. Before hrt, laser or anything, just trying things out
the second one is today, so 21 months on hrt :3
