Blue Shield gave my contact info and possibly medical info to another firm, Altais, run by Brown & Toland, to “proactively assist my healthcare” for them to schedule an "annual wellness exam." Never heard of them/wouldn't accept a provider chosen by insurance anyway.
Pretty sure this is a violation of California CPRA (they had full name, phone number, and DOB at a minimum) and possibly a HIPAA violation as well (I couldn't get either to indicate what data they had).
What do you think?
@eschaton You could try to submit a patch for it. The UI layer is pretty basic to extend.
Then again based on their attitude in their replies in their own forums, I doubt they'll accept the patch.
The latest Steam beta is finally compiled for Apple Silicon.
Maybe somebody at Apple should have maybe just maybe worked a bit harder at getting Valve to do that you know like half a decade ago?
@Rycaut I firmly believe that Gmail users should pass a captcha test or two periodically or have their outbound/relay permissions blocked.
What gets me in this case is that it's a spoofed From domain that they know they don't have rights to be sending from. Spoofed headers like that should be shutting down the sending account and requiring proof-of-human-error to reinstate the account.
