Quelqu'un aurait pas une infographie ou un truc qui soit efficace pour guider les gens sur comment expliquer clairement et efficacement un problème technique pour plus avoir sans cesse à redemander les infos de base, genre "qu'est-ce que tu essayes réellement de faire", "qu'est-ce qui se passe quand tu essayes", "qu'est-ce que tu aimerais que ça fasse" -_-
