It's not a matter of agreeing or disagreeing with each other. It's a matter of being able to communicate.

Maybe it's my memory from many years ago, but I found this one a bit easy. Regardless, it's amazing to go back to Monkey Island and see a "grown up" Guybrush. The ending is excellent and leaves you with a tear. Thanks Ron.

I am not going to waste much more time on this one. Just remember: never use biometrics to unlock your phone.

PD: half star goes to the beautiful poster.

Dandadan episode 4 is a masterpice in animation and storytelling.

Went in the cinema with high expectations and it didn't fully deliver. Cinematography, sound editing and main performances are excellent. Plot on the other hand... yes you havr the twists and all of that, but it felt it tries too hard to decieve you.

I've been told that the director says the movie has no political message... let me tell you how cinema and art in general works: you create something amd put it out threre for people yo consume and it no longer belongs to you. It's for the audience to decide if it has a meaning and a message. And my friend, there is an obvious message in your movie, not just once but twice you talk openly about it in the screen and use it as a plot device. So take a look again to your own movie, you are in for a surprise.

Engaging and beautifully crafted, I was hooked for a good 90% of the film. As is often the case with Korean films, it has a somewhat lengthy running time, which does not help the film, and the last part feels long and messy. That said, the first 2 hours are a wonderful ride: you deal with the group of shamans trying their best to contain this thing in the moody and stunning Korean countryside, coupled with a depiction of rituals and cultural concepts about death, mourning and historical memory. A very interesting way of dealing with these issues. Well done.
