@autoperipatetikos Thanks, Mary. That is pretty relatable, too. I’m now wondering whether I don’t want to face certain things, or if I’m overwhelmed. (Maybe I’m trying to avoid biting off more than I can chew, as they say.)
And I’d nearly forgotten how I keep having intense dreams.

@autoperipatetikos Filling in forms can be quite heavy going. I'm glad there was enough for now. Do you think the call (or thinking about the forms) was affecting your mood in the morning?

I keep putting off doing things that I should be doing, both around the house and virtual (e.g. sorting out my digital photos). It's hard to get motivated for some reason.

@autoperipatetikos Thanks for the boost!

@autoperipatetikos Body boredom is new to me. I'll have to look that up to find out more. I hope it goes well tomorrow.
@autoperipatetikos I'm glad you got some enjoyment out of it, Mary.

I think the uptake has been a lot lower than Apple had anticipated. I certainly have no intention of upgrading any of my devices (macOS, iOS or padOS) to 26. The annoying reminders are just making me dig my heels in even harder.
@autoperipatetikos I don’t like the disruption of having things done to the house. Later this month they’re coming to do a water meter survey/fitting. I’m overthinking all the potential problems…
@autoperipatetikos I read about the clocks going forward yesterday & didn't verify it before going to bed. When I woke up, and it was lighter than expected, I finally checked and realised they only change at the end of March. Most evenings, I'm so tired that I'm falling asleep around 8–9:30 pm. I think the fatigue does affect cognitive functioning. I can imagine how frustrating it is to be tested on things like multiplication tables, which are not representative of real life needs.
@autoperipatetikos Thursday was a pleasant day here weather-wise. I went for a bike ride, the first in months. And I spent ages trying to clean my car’s wheels thoroughly, having only cleaned them superficially for 6 months. The dirt was very stubborn despite using the best product I’ve found. I felt old because my knees and back were hurting from all the crouching and bending!😆
