@caseyliss oh yeah, we were Virginia to visit my in-laws in lower NOVA, but we make it a point to spend some time in C-ville every time, esp to hit this Thai restaurant we really like (Monsoon Siam if you’d like a rec)

@panzer must be nice! It’s crazy how much vary, even just how their shoulders bend
@panzer mainly shoulder comfort, I used to do my presses perpendicular and just dealt with discomfort thinking it was normal, but then a trainer friend told me to bring my elbows in for most presses, way more comfortable and easier to add weight
@panzer I’m curious if you’ve tried moving your elbows down your body so the dumbbells are almost at 45° rather than perpendicular, and if that’s comfortable for you?
