@mph I shot a trip jpeg-only and was surprised with how much fun I had. Knowing I couldn't edit much later meant I had to prepare which film recipes I wanted plugged in ahead of time based on what I expected to see, and pay attention to have things right for fleeting moments. I'm happy with the photos and what I learned by upping the stakes a bit.
That said, I endorse the JPG+RAW approach as well just in case 
@dandean I've been watching the Indieweb and Fediverse from the outside for a while now, wanting to be a part but not knowing where to start.
It's been fun so far! Something about it makes reaching out to folks more fun again. Maybe not feeling like I'm talking to advertisements?

Pixelfed is largely a 1 man team, we don't have the amount of contributors that most other fediverse projects have so there is a lot of pressure and I'm doing my best. ❤️
