AireCon is an open board game event in Yorkshire.
AireCon started in Guiseley, Leeds (in the Aire Valley) and has now moved to bigger and better premesis in Harrogate.

@seniorwatashi it was a case of using the others to make sure that whenever I did I gained more points than them. I was also luck that the 2 full wormholes I'd placed connected the two 'ends' of the galaxy, so we're used a lot!

@seniorwatashi my favourite thing was puzzling out the routes, I actually built the least wormholes (2.5!) but managing the movement and how best to use the 3 energy was a neat thing to solve. But it was cool that you could do it on other people's turns, so it didn't slow the game down.

Ooh, we're back on! Things weren't working for a couple of days there.

Got one of the games off my 'want' list, there's now only 7 games left on there (Colosseum, Get on Board Dilluvia Project, Fjords, Voyages of MP2, Piwne Imperium and Heat are the others.

Any tips for the teach? Looks fairly straightforward, but good to check!

@DearPaidiaic indeed, I was in Gold, so also got knocked back to Iron, which didn't feel good at all 😕

Sad times, I think I'm done with Marvel Snap, didn't feel good to just be knocked back 3 stages for reasons.

Hello Tabletop folks,

We are l̶e̶g̶i̶o̶n̶ AireCon, a convention in Harrogate, UK, in March each year.

Started in Mark's flat in 2015, and grew from there. We try to foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, and it's a great place to play a bunch of games.

We work with @watchitplayed to put on a bunch of events, have exhibitors, RPGs, tournaments, charity raffle and a Bring n Buy.

The team is Nabil, Ben, Rick and Mark with support from a bunch of amazing people.
