@bagder i guess if someone still requires it then they can use a previous curl release to go along with the deprecated web service they're using curl against?

SIM swap attacks allow hackers to steal someone's phone number and break into any online account connected to that number, usually by tricking a carrier's customer support.

The good news is it's easy to lock down your phone number and takes just a minute or two.

@zackwhittaker I solve this problem for myself by using Fi, which requires my APP google account to transfer a number.
Seriously, blog as much as you want, give as many conference talks as you want, changing the industry is done by giving a requirements list to 5 competing vendors

Government internet shutdowns are quite common to silence dissent, but I think this is the first time that a government has shut down the internet in its own country as a defensive measure against cyberattacks.
