Red glow in the sky tonight (again).

(I’m fine, but others are having a real bad time today. Too soon for many to even know what’ll be left when they return.)

Within a few hours we have a fancy new LLM (o1-preview). This one actually uses √acres! (Although it chickens out and converts to miles):
Haha. Never not going to think of X Windows. Needs a stippled background to replace the white.

This table alone (from [1]) is enough to get me to buy the book when it comes out. IT projects are a large outlier: only 18% have large cost overruns, but when they do it's absolutely enormous!
