I’ve had this air plant for a couple years and this is the first time it has blossomed.

It’s been a long time since I’ve messed around in Mextures.

Shelf cloud. Warm, moist air at the surface is lifted by outflow winds from a thunderstorm as cool air rushes outward and undercuts the warm air, forcing it to rise. As this warm air ascends, it cools and condenses into a cloud layer at the boundary where the two air masses meet. The resulting shelf cloud often signals a gust front, with strong, potentially damaging winds arriving as it passes.

I’ve always had nature collections since I was a kid. Dried leaves, pieces of bark, cool rocks, pinecones, deer bones, etc. I’ve always thought human bones would be a great upgrade because we too are part of nature. Now I have some money to buy them.
