@weirdtreething so I had to figure those out and patch the 15 libc versions used in rustc

@weirdtreething not from scratch, I cross compiled from x86_64, but there are a couple of mean bugs in libc atm that make the compiler unusable

blood, sweat and tears but rustc now kinda works on mips64 with musl
