HelloFresh claimt dat ze ‘om fiscale redenen persoonsgegevens van ex-klanten 7 jaar mag bewaren. Hoewel de AVG hierin niet superduidelijk is lijkt dit me op zijn minst niet in lijn met de strekking vd AVG (‘artikel 5.1 opslagbeperking: een persoonsgegeven alleen bewaard mag worden als identificeerbaar gegeven, voor zolang het nodig is voor de doeleinden waarvoor het verzameld is.’).
