I'm collecting them to use them on characters I don't want to fully build, but I want to be still sort of useful in the overworld during events and story. Fashion over meta!
I'll be keeping them at lv. 70/80, 3★ weapon, 4★ artifacts, and lv.6 talents. Should be more than enough even for World Level 8
