@jsrailton standing desks raised might do the trick if high enough so you don't end up slumping to reach your keyboard/mouse. They're also good if you get drowsy after lunch, but standing full-time might be a bit intense.
If you can get halfway to anything remotely similar to a lotus-pose (i.e. feet inwards, knees out), that seems to go a long way towards automatically arching my back. You'd either need to sit on the floor or find a chair that lets you point your knees outwards though, so maybe something without armrests
