Got the assurance contract API design about where I want, and a little test framework started at https://codeberg.org/aakselrod/bund-go/src/branch/assurance/assurance. Now I've copied the mock and started filling in an L1 implementation.

First step was instantiating a btcwallet per user. Next, I'll implement a deposit mechanism so I can test with regtest coins. I'll probably wrap it in a walletcontroller from lnd so I can use the mock at https://github.com/lightningnetwork/lnd/blob/master/lntest/mock/walletcontroller.go
