Holy shit, Foo Fighters. What an amazing rock and roll show. A Josh Freese is one of the best drummers I’ve ever heard. I guess I’m a FooFan now.

Leaving soon to head up to see Trey at Tanglewood! In addition to seeing my first concert there (Bos. Pops, Arthur Fiedler conducting), my parents informed me yesterday that I took my first steps there. What a world! But seriously, my favorite venue.

Hard to believe it's been 10 years since Phish went to New Orleans and absolutely did nothing. A lot of lessons re-learned that day.
30 years ago today Trey fell through the stage, fucked up his ankle (was on crutches for weeks), and still played a show, forever confirming that no one in band or crew was ever allowed to ask for a night off.
