Personally I’m fan of ROA.

Now from being involved on providing said right to our beloved customers I have to say that weaponizing gdpr is definitely happening and that’s… not cool. And the weapon isn’t always aimed at said company : something it’s aimed at past love interests or worse.

Still I believe the benefits outweigh the risks.

They were the shareholders weren’t they? The IP literally belongs to them. At this stage the community can write it off. I agree with you that there should be some form of deterrent so that others companies are not pulling the same crap.
