After an incredible 15-year journey, today was my last day at OffSec.

After two successful exits and reaching a point of organizational maturity, I realized it was time for a new challenge, and I need to be able to sit down at a computer and not know what will happen next.

I'm taking time to decompress (something I’ve never been good at!) to rediscover being "Jim" rather than "Jim from OffSec." This will be my first true disconnect in years, with no job and no immediate responsibilities.
