Tonight (9/21/25) was the first time that Zoe’s new computer ran on her batteries. I had been running her on a power supply for conversion, programming and testing. I loaded down the CPU with a bunch of programs, and even ran her main motors for a while, to test the current draw. She ran for about an hour, and her battery voltage went from 22 volts to 21 volts. I estimate that she would run another two hours before I’d have to recharge her.

These can be read by her computer to detect if her motors are jammed, or if they are spinning without a load, like if a belt breaks, or comes off its pulley.
