OKAY UPDATE
I finally went to see a specialist yesterday and it's indeed arthritis as expected.
Got a new medicinal brace and exercises for pain management, but other than that... Not much that can be done I'm afraid. ๐ Guess I just "gotta be careful". Life is great, y'all โ๏ธ
