@kopper @chirpbirb I have a love/hate relationship with the outliner plugin. I love that it exists. I hate that I can't see a TOC type of outline. I *can* do that with a markdown hierarchy style outline, but then that defeats the purpose of having a bullet style plugin. So I just use omnioutliner if I need outlines.
@sb no prob. also worth looking into is Thymer. I'm waiting on an invite. And I don't know if it has a graph but it will probably have a plugin for one. Can be self hosted.
@sb realizing this isn’t exactly what you asked for but hope it helps
@sb there are a few Astro plugins that let you do this. D3 is the one I’ve been using.
Whenever someone demands you change who you are, it's useful to ask yourself what they stand to gain from you agreeing to become someone else.

To create an Astro site which contains all notes and long form essays/other content?

Or use Obsidian publish for notes and create a regular blog for long form?

@annewalk I agree with the house of cards sentiment. Just wanted to ask if you had set the Sync core plugin to sync everything everything? sometimes plugin-specific settings don't sync if I haven't checked "sync plugin settings" or whatever the box is. I learned this the hard way with quickadd and hotkeys+
@ellane I keep thinking about the quote from someone years ago saying that they'd rather have AI do their dishes, not write their creative work. We're at the point right now with stuff like Claude code/co-work where AI tools *can* do our digital chores. I'd rather have Claude code build my website structure/code while I agonize over the syntax and structure of my writing without any assistance.

The best way to explore is to have many ships going in all different directions, not one ship that can only go in one direction.

We should keep that in mind when doing "science."

I don't know who needs to hear this, but there IS an "L" in the word wolf.
