Things could be worse, but I'm gonna make a choice to ensure it doesn't. I'm out. My body needs rest and I need better pay. I dread going to work. Plus, some staff use seniority to shift the work load to others below them. Plus, they have no issues "punching down". Also, I hate the struggle to stay awake on my drive home. Not worth it.
