If looted artefacts are returned from the UK to their original nations, should items in the British museum be returned to the devolved nations?

I knew it ! Putin is behind the strike action by Nurses. Can the RCN (Revolutionary Council of Nursing) be long in arriving ?

RCN EGM So, if members vote no confidence in the National Executive can the the Royal College of Nursing still call a National strike by nurses and nursing assistants ?
It is getting colder Winter will have it's revenge. Lets hope people are able to stay warm.
