This is a pre-release - set your Xcodes settings to include beta versions or download directly from https://github.com/XcodesOrg/XcodesApp/releases/tag/v3.0.0b32
It's ok - you can delete those old beta's and empty your trash!

Starting in Xcode 26 Beta 2 - Apple has split out arm64 only runtimes vs universal (arm64 + x86_64). Saving a few GB!

Shout out to the Apple engineer who added in the ability to download Xcode runtimes by __version__ in 16.1 Beta 3!
You have made some people very happy.
With the latest Xcode version and runtime released today, Apple has changed it's index plist. The property `seedNumber` is sometimes an Integer, sometimes a String 🤷♂️
As a result, runtime downloading is currently broken on CLI and UI. Hopefully Apple fixes it!
