@georgetakei there is people out there who doesn't vote for Biden and not having the choice to vote for any other democrat will be a vote for Trump, call it irony! call it the Zoidberg effect; have a long life as a virgin or die immediately after sex. being molested i can say safely you sure feel dead after they get finished with you!
my family was partial immigrants who married for citizenship. they worked hard making their own company. building a life for me through hard work. my parents wasn't perfect with my mom growing up believe if a girl was molested that she becomes invalid as a person. to hide that from people caused me to rebel. a life where i was the passenger, not making choices! i became anorexic & hit the goth phase. society can judge me, but i won't accept the verdict!
my court case involved labeled a terrorist, all because I don't respond well to authority. my school had me arrested without being charged, searched without permission & my parents was not informed. my public defender said to accept the deal, my pro-bono lawyer heard the teacher & principal speaking bad against me in court. if anyone believes i am a criminal, i believe they are an idiot & i won't stand to be judged by someone beneath me!

it causes me great pain to think some people don't understand what acquittal means. if a cop charges a man of murder & gets acquittal, they still find the man guilty because he was wrongfully charged! when i faced prosecution for my crime think about what they said about me? you will forever be guilty. if that is the justification of humanity that someone said something against you, it is forever your guilt. what girl wasn't called a slut? guess even Mother Teresa is!

@[email protected] it still follows the same procedure. to impeach they have to prove the abuse of power. with it being successful they can now move to vacating the acting president. the impeachment trial has to get 2/3rds vote to convict which in the best outcome in history has been 1 vote shy to convict. with Biden being unfavorable in growing democrats he might actually be the first successful impeachment
@[email protected] why does it need an acquittal? a successful impeachment is the requirement to remove anyone from office. so far to date i believe that no one in american history has ever been removed from office from a successful impeachment. Nixon was really close but resigned before his trial concluded which ended in acquittal. it might been possible that it was part of a shady back room deal. it is just how the legal system works!
