Just like riding a bike... I'm trying out for a new team in a higher division this year.

It's definitely a move beyond my comfort zone, but it's something I need to prove to myself while I'm still able. Time to chase some trophies and make some memories. #paintball

I play a sport that many don't understand.

I've been playing longer than some of my opponents have been alive.

I'm still here when many I have played alongside have hung up their cleats.

Why do I do this? 🤔

I've always been a nerd, and this game, this sport, gave me the opportunity to pair physical ability with intelligence, to have a competitive outlet, and to be a leader.

Xmas Eve has formed one of my favorite traditions. We make a playlist of some of the terrible Hallmark style holiday movies from Netflix and drink wine. All while hanging out with family and friends both in person and on Zoom so we can all watch together. It usually devolves (or evolves?) into yelling at the screen what will happen next or calling out the holiday movie stereotype being fulfilled. This year we're even adding Bingo to the mix. 🤣😎
