Feels a bit weird to keep agreeing with IGN as of late as I haven't been much of a fan of them for well, quite a few years.
But recently, they seem to have really upped their game.
Props to calling out such a massive company.
From all the coverage I've watched, there wasn't a single comparison shot or clip that I've seen where I would pick the DLSS5 "version" over the original.
Not a single one. The world detail all looks washed out, oversaturated, like the gamma settings were turned up to make the image pop like they do on terribly calibrated TVs on a showroom floor to make the sets seem brighter and more vivid that others.
All the while ruining any and all characters faces to make them look, well barbie like, in the worst possible way.
