I love sidescrolling beat’em ups like Streets of Rage and Final Fight. I feel
that very often new games in the genre are hard to discover, unless they have a
big license like Marvel attached to them. Do you know of any good new games in
the genre that came out this year? Indietitles and hidden gems are always

I’m trying to make progress in Octopath Traveler 2. Maybe I’ll finish that game one day?
Since JRPGs are my main thing, there are some obvious picks there but I am drowning in my backlog already, so I’m very hesitant to buy anything right away.
I’m still not sure which one I will be continuing. I’m betting on Octopath Traveler 2 though.
