There could be a server compatible with Mastodon but that would also spit out satoshis to people in other servers when messages were sent or liked or read or other condition. This would work seamlessly with #lnurlpay endpoints on each server in a world in which HTTPS is already the norm. You could run your own server or be a client of some server-custodian somewhere else. Of course this won't ever work, but it is an idea for anyone willing to make a "Lightning-powered Twitter".

Trickle-down... 😂 seriously, how can you believe in that when the direction is so overwhelmingly suck-up.

Put it in at the bottom of society and there'll be a fair exchange (more or less) and the usual suspects in the economy can get their suck up.

@openoms Zap seems fine with myNode on the LAN, but it fails Orbot/.onion, while Zeus succeeds...

Nicer management of multiple node access addresses and configuration though.
